Fall TIPS Collaborative

Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston in collaboration with Montefiore Medical Center and New York-Presbyterian in New York have formed a Fall TIPS Collaborative to spread the Fall TIPS Toolkit to ensure that all patients have access to evidence-based fall prevention care. We encourage interested hospitals  to join the Fall TIPS Collaborative to receive the Fall TIPS Toolkit, training, and implementation materials. There is no cost to join the Fall TIPS Collaborative but participating hospitals are asked to submit deidentified data monthly via REDCap, related to engaging patients in the 3-step fall prevention process, patient falls, and fall-related injuries. For more information, email the Fall TIPS team at PHSFallTIPS@partners.org
