Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston in collaboration with Montefiore Medical Center and New York-Presbyterian in New York have formed a Fall TIPS Collaborative to spread the Fall TIPS Toolkit to ensure that all patients have access to evidence-based fall prevention care. We encourage interested hospitals to join the Fall TIPS Collaborative to receive the Fall TIPS Toolkit, training, and implementation materials. There is no cost to join the Fall TIPS Collaborative. Please note that grant number R18HS025128 from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality project will be ending on December 31, 2019. At this time, the REDCap links used to submit Fall TIPS audits will be deactivated. We encourage hospitals that are members of the Fall TIPS Collaborative to use the REDCap Fall TIPS Audits form as a template for creating a similar form and that you continue to collect audits.
