Fall TIPS Collaborative

Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston in collaboration with Montefiore Medical Center and New York-Presbyterian in New York have formed a Fall TIPS Collaborative to spread the Fall TIPS Toolkit to ensure that all patients have access to evidence-based fall prevention care. We encourage interested hospitals  to join the Fall TIPS Collaborative to receive the Fall TIPS Toolkit, training, and implementation materials. There is no cost to join the Fall TIPS Collaborative. Sustaining Fall TIPS

• We highly encourage hospitals to establish a system for collecting, processing, and disseminating Fall TIPS Audits.
• We recommend integrating the Fall TIPS Audits questions into your hospital’s pre-existing system for audit collection to ensure sustainability of the tool’s use.
